TROTs Running Club organised the annual Tenby 10K Race which was held last Sunday. Over 150 runners completed the tough course, which climbed through Penally village.

Martin Powell was the clear winner in a time of 33 mins 58 secs. David Astins, Daryl John and James Macay came first, second and third, respectively, in the open male category. 

Roger Coombs from TROTs was the male veteran winner and Keith Powell the winner of the over 50 male category. 

The overall female winner was Rhiannon Ace from Pembrokeshire Triathalon Club.  Not far behind was Ann Thomas, who won the female veteran category.  Mary Bowen Rees was second in the same category. 

Kat Driver from Pembrokeshire Harriers was first in the open female category.

Lindy Eynon from TROTs won the over 45 female category. 

TROTs won the team awards for both ladies' and men's teams. The business team was won by Sion Brace Construction.

Prior to the main race, children's races were held. Results were as follows:

Under 10 girls - 1. Rhian Jones; 2. Niamh Slack; 3. Sarah Cavanagh. Under 10 boys - 1. Sam Davies; 2. Liam Morris; 3. Ewan Griffiths.

10-12 girls - 1. Ellie Mageen; 2. Rosie Evans; 3. Abby Davies. 10-12 boys - 1. Connor Watkins.  12-14 girls - 1. Miranda Davies; 2. Jessie Evans; 3. Holly Stevens. 12-14 boys - 1. Jack Lear; 2 Rhys Jones.
