Out of control?

Please can something be done about Tenby Doctors Surgery. It is now being run like a jumble sale.

Everyone is told to 'phone at 8.30 am for an appointment on the same day or stand outside the surgery and wait for it to open. If you are lucky enough to get through on the phone, you are then put in a queue. You can be holding on for 30 minutes.

After 9 am there are no more appointments left for the day and you are not able to book for the next day. You have to repeat the whole scenario again the next day.

I have been told there are not enough doctors - why aren't there? Is anyone running the practice, or is it as it seems, a headless chicken running out of control?
