Llangwm, Neyland and Haverfordwest have joined Carew, St. Ishmaels, Burton and Whitland in the quarter-finals of the Ormond Youth Cup.
Both Llangwm and Neyland have strong youth squads and Llangwm won by 45 runs at Pembroke after dismissing the home team for 50 in response to the visitors' total of 95 for 6.
Thirteen-year-old Welsh Schools international Stephen Inward top scored for 35 and the young left-hander displays a maturity beyond his years when batting.
For Pembroke, Phil Hay took 2 for 9, Gareth Mitchell 2 for 20 and Daniel Scourfield 2 for 21.
Andrew Brock had all the Pembroke batsmen in trouble and ended with the splendid figures of 6 for 10 to play a major part in his team's victory.
Neyland had a comfortable 10 wickets win at home to Stackpole who were held to a total of 70 for 6. Andrew Hay top scored for the visitors with 18 as Patrick Hannon took 3 for 18.
When Neyland batted, Patrick Hannon and his twin brother Sean took Neyland to a winning total of 72 for no wicket.
Sean Hannon scored 38 not out and Patrick Hannon 27 not out.
The fixture between Haverfordwest and Herbrandston was postponed until Wednesday and Haverfordwest won a tight contest by two wickets. Herbie were bowled out for 66 and Haverfordwest reached 68 for 8 in reply, with Julian James scoring 20 of the runs.
Cresselly's away match at Johnston was also postponed and was due to be played yesterday evening (Thursday).
