Specavers Pembroke Dock is encouraging budding young artists to get creative by entering its new art competition.

To celebrate the launch of its new Crayola range, which is exclusive to Specsavers, the Dimond Street store is inviting children aged two to eight years to submit their best drawing, painting or creation for the chance to win an Easter egg.

The competition is divided into three age categories: two to three years, four to six years, and seven to eight years. All entries will be displayed in store.

Ellie Thomas-Wigley, store director at Specsavers in Pembroke Dock, said: “We’re excited to have this exclusive Crayola range in-store and thought an ‘anything goes’ colouring competition that sparked the creativity of the children in our local community was the perfect way to celebrate.

“In an era where we are all, young and old, increasingly reliant on technology for entertainment, it’s nice to get back to basics. We hope the competition and colourful new collection will be a big hit.”

The competition closes on March 28 and the winner will be drawn on March 29.
