Leading the Wales Air Ambulance fund-raising crew in Pembrokeshire is investment professional, Mike Ashbridge (right), who has taken over from Hilary Harvey (left) to continue to generate funds for this life-saving service.
Mike and his wife Jane returned to Pembrokeshire in 2006 after Mike worked in London as head of investment marketing for Fleming Asset Management. Having gained national and international experience, he now lives near Narberth and thoroughly enjoys being involved in the local community.
Mike said: "I'm delighted to inherit the strong team of volunteers that Hilary built up and developed."
2009 is a very important year for Wales Air Ambulance, with the new generation of helicopters starting to be delivered and every penny counts as never before.
Hilary added: "I know that the future of fund-raising for the charity in Pembrokeshire is in very good hands and wish Mike every success."
