After the disappointment of defeat at Maesteg on Saturday, Narberth bounced back in fine style on Tuesday evening with a commanding 50 points to 7 win over Ystradgynlais.

The young Ystrad side had no answer to the on-song Otters under the Lewis Lloyd lights going down by eight tries to one.

Narberth prop, Fifitapuku Faletau, picked up his second successive man of the match award following another outstanding performance, which included two tries.

Chris McDonald and Andrew Jones also helped themselves to a brace of tries apiece while Gareth Bennett and Wayne Jones added the other touchdowns.

Outside half Simon Daniel completed the scoring with five conversions.
