Bryan sadly passed away around three weeks ago in Withybush Hospital; he was 95. He was a resident of Woodland Lodge, Gumfreston; formerly lived in Hoyles Close, Penally; originally from The Narth, Monmouth. Bryan’s funeral was on April 4, 2022. His wife Evelyn passed away in 2019; he is survived by son Steve, daughter-in-law Lesley and grand daughters Jess and Lissy.

During his life, Bryan went to school in Monmouth; worked as a ‘Bevin Boy’ in Pontypool coal mines 1943-48; was Pay-Roll Officer for Beechams in Coleford, Glos; Finance and Contracts Team in the Bristol Royal Infirmary; operations at Stelrads in Monmouth; Royal Ordnance Factory Glascoed; and Disability Benefits Officer DHSS Newport.
