Mrs. Edith Ann Evans (née Morris), formerly of Redberth, passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, July 29, at Inverclyde Royal Hospital, Greenock, in Scotland.

The youngest of six siblings, she was the last surviving child of James and Florence Morris, of Redberth.

She was predeceased by her husband Ronald Owen John Evans in November 1985, following which, she moved to Scotland to be near her daughter.

She is survived by her only child Pat Sibley, of Dunoon, grandson David Sibley, of Dumfries, granddaughter Rev. Victoria Sibley-Bentley, of Palmerston North, New Zealand, and great-granddaughter Brooke Sibley, of Dumfries.

The funeral service will take place at St. Mary’s Church, Redberth, on Friday, August 14, at 2 pm. Flowers welcome.
