THIS week has seen two new qualifications at Tenby’s Fourcroft Hotel.
Nathan Newell (second chef) has received his NVQ level 2 in the kitchen. Nathan started at the Fourcroft as a waiter and has worked his way up to second chef in a few short years, proving that anything is possible when you set your mind to it. It is hoped that Nathan’s success carries on in the future.
Joanna Thomas started as a manager at Fourcroft 13 years ago. This week, Joanna completed and passed her NVQ level 4 in management.
Joanna said: “It has been a hard process, but I can now say that I have the qualification to match my experience. I will take a break and enjoy my spare time for a while before I decide if I want to do a level 5.”
Chris Evans from Giant Hospitality said: “Giant Hospitality who manage the Fourcroft Hotel are very proud of the achievements of the team and the continued development. We hope that this will continue across all of the hotels in the group.”
