AFTER over 1,500 worldwide shows, a chart conquering number one, two studio albums and one 'Mini Album', half-a-million records sales, numerous industry awards and musical adventures to just about every corner of the planet, the astounding and mesmerising folk hip hop band Nizlopi who are performing at Milford Haven's Torch Theatre later this month (September 26) have just announced that this will be their last tour before taking a well deserved year off.

Nizlopi have been described as a two-man human hurricane! Luke Concannon and John Parker have been writing and playing music together for 17 years, since they first became friends in their early teens. It's been a pretty wild trip, travelling the world playing with the great and the good, including Christina Aguilera, Billy Bragg, Jamie Cullum, Damien Dempsey and Rory McLeod.

Luke handles the heartfelt lyrics, the soulful vocals, and his beloved guitar, while JP sets jaws-dropping with his masterful double-bass playing, breathtaking human beat-boxing, and some exquisite guitar playing.

With a background in the Celtic folk tradition and a love of jazz and hip-hop, together they have created a sound of their own, and a huge national and international following.

Nizlopi will be supported at the Torch Theatre by the hugely popular Welsh folk band The Crook Family, and can be seen on Friday, September 26, at 7.30 pm. Tickets may be reserved by calling their Box Office on 01646 695267 or visiting their website at http://www.torchtheatre.co.uk">www.torchtheatre.co.uk.
