NEYLAND Ladies Choir was honoured to be asked to sing at a Commemorative Service for Queen Elizabeth II in St Clements Church, Neyland on Friday, September 16.

A large number of people attended the service paying their respects to Her Majesty. The service was lead by Rev’d Alan Chadwick, Vicar of St Clements, the prayers were lead by Rev’d Robert Waygood, Pastor of Bethesda Church in Neyland and members of Neyland Town Council did the readings.

The Ladies Choir sang the beautiful song ‘The Lord Bless You and Keep You’ which was written by the English conductor and composer John Rutter.

Following the very moving service tea and coffee were served in the church hall enabling the congregation to share their personal memories of Her Majesty.
