Released by firefighters

Firefighters from Tenby attended a road traffic collision on Cob Lane, the Jameston to Manorbier road, at 6.45 pm on Friday. Two vehicles were involved and two persons had to be released by the fire service using cutting equipment. Both were conveyed to hospital by ambulance.

Missing child

A search was launched shortly after 1 pm on Sunday for a missing toddler on Tenby's Castle Beach.

Tenby and Manorbier coastguard rescue teams were tasked to assist RNLI lifeguards in the search for the four-year-old child.

However, the child was found before units arrived on scene.

Units alerted

Tenby RNLI inshore lifeboat and the resort's coastguard rescue team were alerted to a person in the water near Amroth shortly after 6 pm on Saturday. The casualty came ashore safe and well prior to units mustering.
