Whitland council questions cost of 'glossy document'
Mayor of Whitland, Clr. Con Harries, and members of the town council are up in arms over a glossy document titled 'The Rights of Way Improvement Plan Assessment', which they received at their meeting on Monday. "I have verbally requested information from the county council's senior manager for parks and countryside, Mr. Elwyn Hughes, and our county councillor as to the cost of producing this highly glossy document, as it is only of theoretic value and it is clearly visible to all that this is money which would have been better spent on practical work being carried out on Rights of Way.
