A Carmarthenshire County Council office can give you 100 per cent free, impartial and confidential advice on how to manage debt, budgeting, benefit claims, getting back to work, volunteering, entitlement checks and changes to the benefits system in the forthcoming months. Job Club: Job Club is held on the second Wednesday of the month from 2 to 4 pm. Open to all, it is free and informal. There is also free use of computers and the internet to create and access your Universal Job Match account. 1st Whitland Rainbows: Rainbows is the Girl Guiding section for girls aged five to seven. It follows the Rainbow Jigsaw programme, which involves a wide range of activities and games.
