'Shwmae' day

The reception children at Saundersfoot School enjoyed celebrating 'Shwmae' day this week. The children listened to Welsh stories, made Welsh hats and sang songs. They also measured lots of ingredients and made some delicious Welsh cakes to sell to the parents. Well done everyone! We raised £20 for Children in Need.

Girls Football

Saundersfoot School girls football team took part in the Pembrokeshire Girls Football Tournament at Bridge Meadow, Haverfordwest, last Thursday. They did extremely well, winning all games, 7-0, 2-0, 3-0, 3-0, 4-0, and made it through to the final against Hakin. They did extremely well and narrowly lost to Hakin 2-1. We are really proud of you.
