The Harvest Festival held at Carew Wesley Methodist Church. Deaconess Jenkins led the service, and each class performed a song or read prayers to the congregation.
Chair of governors Mr. John Brock took assembly. He recounted Jesus's parable about the farmer sowing his wheat, and an enemy added weed seeds. The harvest of the crops is like the harvest in heaven, where the weeds will be removed.
