Years 5 and 6 at Pembroke Dock Community School have been very busy visiting the Carew Control Tower.

All six classes have visited the special attraction through the month of November as part of their World War II studies.

This culminated in 6.3 performing a special class assembly dedicated to their visit to the control tower.

John Brock and the special volunteers from the group were invited to the assembly and were impressed with that they saw.

All the children were delighted to see the group.

Year 6 have also been busy visiting the Crucial Crew activities based at the County Showground in Haverfordwest.

This special event helped to build awareness and develop many important life skills such as CPR, internet safety, fire safety and beach safety, to name but a few.

This superbly organised event was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
