The newly-elected chairman of Pembrokeshire Young Farmers Clubs is Edward Hartt, of Clynderwen club. Edward, who succeeds Karen Jones of Llawhaden club, is employed in the family farming partnership with an extensive dairy unit at Penblewin, Narberth. During the coming month, the Federation have their annual Harvest Festival - hosted by Martletwy club - and this will be held at Jeffreyston Parish Church on Sunday, October 3, at 7.30 pm. Other activities include the Harvest Ball at Kiln Park, Tenby, on Friday, October 8, and the County Eisteddfod, which will take place at Theatr y Gromlech, Crymych on Saturday, October 30. Supporters should also note that this year's Queen's Ball will take place at Kiln Park on Friday, November 26.
