Trustees of Milford Haven Heritage and Maritime Museum recently hosted the launch of a new exhibit from South Hook LNG.
Attended by the Mayor of Milford Haven, Clr. Yvonne Southwell, members of Milford Haven Town Council and South Hook LNG's Community Liaison Group, the event was an opportunity to celebrate the new Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) exhibit, which gives a further dimension to the story of the Port's industrial history.
The installation and model LNG Carrier will also contribute to the valuable educational resource that the Museum provides for the town.
The Port of Milford Haven is the UK's third largest port and plays a critical role in the UK's energy landscape.
The new South Hook LNG exhibition details the LNG process from extraction of natural gas in the Arabian Gulf, to liquefaction, shipping and regasification at the Terminal in Milford Haven.
