Sir, We work as Regional Response workers for the disability charity Scope in Wales. We would like to make people in Wales aware of a new service for disabled people and their families recently launched by Scope. Many disabled people and their families face a number of challenges in their everyday lives and often don't know where to turn for help. Scope Response is a 'one-stop shop' service providing free and confidential information, advice and support on cerebral palsy and on a wide range of disability-related issues, from financial concerns to education advice. It has a helpline which provides an initial point of contact for enquiries. Enquiries that need a more in-depth response are referred on to Regional Response workers. We provide additional support, including some home visits.
