Members of Saundersfoot's Methodist Church, Gladys Cleevely (assistant steward), Gwyneth Jenkins (secretary) and Eva Rich (steward) and Angie are seen at the new-look entrance to the church. A project, costing over £9,000, to lay a new disabled-friendly path and ramp into the church has recently been completed, removing steps up to the church door and making easy access from the front and car park at the rear. Railings have also been erected, while inside, work, which has been undertaken by members themselves, has included widening the doors and installing a disabled toilet. The church is used regularly by various groups and organisations who are keen to take advantage of the comfortable and disabled-friendly facilities. One of the next events to be held at the Wesley Chapel is the Big Breakfast on Tuesday, March 6, organised by the Saundersfoot committee of Cancer Research Wales UK.
