To ease traffic flow, Narberth's county council representative, Clr. Wynne Evans, is pleased to say that during the next two weeks, new yellow line markings will be put down from the old primary school along Moorfield Road.
"There has been a constant problem of vehicles parked in this area and it has been an accident waiting to happen," he said.
"Thankfully, no major incident has taken place, and I'm grateful to the residents in that area for keeping me informed on a regular basis."
He added: "The new line markings may happen as soon as this Sunday, and I urge drivers not to park there and yet again delay this.
"Once the markings are down, the council's new enforcement officers have been told to actively patrol that area."
