As well as the Narberth Civic Week floral competition this year, there will also be a town competition for the 'best cared for flowers' which will be looked at during the months of June, July and August and run in conjunction with the Narberth in Bloom committee and Narberth Chamber of Trade.

"We hope that businesses, traders and private house owners throughout the town will enter into the spirit of things and look to put the best floral displays and hanging baskets possible outside their premises," said Clr. Eric Feetham, who along with Clr. Wynne Evans has begun to put up the hanging baskets this week for Narberth in Bloom.
