As you are aware, Pembroke Dock Community School has had some sad history associated with the school, however the whole school community very much wishes to move forward and look to the future. The negative issues are in the past and we want to give our pupils and the community a positive image of the school, showcasing all that it offers.

Therefore the governors of Pembroke Dock Community School have decided to 're-brand' the school. We plan to rename and repaint the school, getting rid of the blue, so that we aren't referred to as the 'Blue School'. It has been suggested that the timing of the re-branding should coincide with the bi centenary celebrations of the town.

We are conducting a consultation exercise so that all stakeholders have an opportunity to put forward their views regarding the new colour and name of the school. If any resident of Pembroke Dock would like to express an opinion on either the name or colour we'd be pleased to hear it.
