A retired primary school teacher from Tenby has just published her latest children's book.

Jill Thomas's second book, Tolsham's Dream, is a prequel to her first release, Kedrig Challenge.

It tells the story about the struggle of a poor man and his family over many difficulties.

He makes an incredible discovery which changes the course of their lives, but jealousy and envy bring lots of problems and conflicts to overcome.

Jill, who was born in Tenby and attended Tenby CP School and Greenhill Secondary School (being amongst the first group to attend the new comprehensive when it opened in 1961), taught in Pembrokeshire for many years.

Both books were illustrated by Jill's daughter, Michaela Sherlock, who also attended Greenhill School and took A Level Art as one of her subjects.

The book is being distributed by the Welsh Books Council. It is also available at The Lovespoon Workshop, Cold Inn, and also as an e-book via the website http://www.lovespoons.org.uk">www.lovespoons.org.uk.
