On May 23, Tenby’s branch of the Royal British Legion held an extra ordinary general meeting to discuss the future of the branch.

“It is with great joy we can inform our members and our community, that we have elected a full committee and requested that Tenby Branch is returned to full branch status and moving forward we strive to gain an increase in membership,” said a spokesperson for the Tenby RBL.

New branch chairman Shane Roberts (pictured) commented: “It is with great pride that I take on the role of chairman.

“I hope that Tenby and the surrounding area join us in building a flourishing branch and I look forward to meeting members new and old.”
