A new sing-a-long group has formed in Ludchurch - encouraging people to join and have fun, with absolutely no experience necessary.

“I wanted to start up a group for those who love to sing but feel that they should only sing at home!” explained founder of the ‘Cake and Coffee Chorus’ Christine Davies.

“It’s all about fun, lifting your spirits and making friends again - after lockdown - with cakes and coffee after!”

This week’s session - for Remembrance - featured songs by the Andrew’s Sisters, Glenn Miller and good ole ‘marching songs’.

Currently the group has 15 members and meet in Ludchurch Community Hall, Longstone Chapel, on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 10.15 to 11.45 am. Cost is £3.
