NATWEST have announced that Janet Phillips has been appointed as area business manager for their West Wales area.
Janet is responsible for a team of 30 dedicated business staff, including senior business, business and relationship managers, based over six offices.
Janet, who lives near Narberth, brings with her 19 years of banking experience with NatWest, dealing with business customers, and has focused on improving levels of service.
Her career with the bank has taken her across West Wales and prior to this appointment she was the senior business manager based at Carmarthen Business Centre.
She said: "I am looking forward to taking up my new role and providing support to the local business community. I will be working with my teams across West Wales to ensure that our business customers, old and new, receive the best level of care possible when dealing with their finances. I know that the team has a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service, which is the key to our success."
Janet's hobbies include skiing, music, follower of Narberth RFC and a member of Pembrokeshire Women in Enterprise.
