Four quarters were played in total, each of 15 minutes duration. Fishguard decided to change girls every six minutes.
Tenby made a great start and only conceded one goal, while Safiya and Lydia, as shooters, scored six between them.
In the second quarter, Fishguard came back with two more, but so did Tenby.
Great defensive work came from Georgia as goal defence and Madison as goalkeeper. Hot on their heels, Jade took control of centre, with Chloe and Lois as wing defence and wing attack receiving centre passes.
In the third quarter, Tenby took the lead 15-4, with some lovely moves by Kiera, while in the fourth they went on to stretch their final advantage to a comfortable 22-4.
The game was a great success, with all eight girls showing some tremendous teamwork. They proved a strong side and stayed focused throughout. W
Thanks go to all parents for making the journey and supporting the team, as well as to Pippa for refereeing. Well done girls!
