'Let's all be fair about parking' is the message the Pembroke and Pembroke Dock Neighbourhood Policing Teams would like to be adopted by all residents. People are being asked not to park on pavements or blocking other people's access to their properties. PCSO Dave Powell said: "We regularly receive calls regarding the parking of vehicles either on pavements or blocking access to individuals properties. 'This can cause problems for disabled people and parents with young children in prams and inconsiderate parking could be the result of a collision happening." PCSO Alex Jenkins added: "We understand most homes may have more than one vehicle. All we ask is to be aware of where you park and therefore avoid unnecessarily upsetting your neighbour or cause problems for others." The team are also warning people who don't have the correct legal documents for their vehicles that they will be reported and risk having their vehicle seized. Anyone wanting to raise issues with their local neighbourhood policing team can contact them on 0845 330 2000.
