Narberth and Whitland Round Table volunteers have given thanks to all those that came out to welcome Santa over the past few weeks, raising a magnificent £2,945.72 in the process for good causes.

Round Tablers with Santa on his sleigh, went out to reach as many communities as they could in the locality in the lead up to Christmas, visiting as well as Narberth and Whitland - Clunderwen, Llandissilio, Robeston Wathen, Cold Blow, Templeton, Tavernspite, Ludchurch, Kilgetty, Begelly, Saundersfoot, Llanfallteg, Lampeter Velfrey, Llanddewi Vllelfrey, Princes Gate and Pentlepoir.

“We would like to thank all the communities we have visited this year for their support,” said the Round Table on Facebook.

“Thanks go to those helpers from Narberth and Whitland Rotary, Mary of Powerpix Photography for the stellar photography, a helper from Round Table Fishguard and District, Narberth and Whitland 41 Club and friends, siblings, partners and parents, without these additional volunteers we would not be able to do this. Thank you all!

“Together this year we have raised a phenomenal total of £2,945.72.”
