Hannah Saunders, a Tenby Dolphins member who trains with Pembrokeshire County swimming in Haverfordwest, took part in the Torfaen Open Meet at Newport during the weekend of June 23 and 24.

Fourteen-year-old Hannah competed in six events during the course of the weekend, obtaining four golds, one silver and one bronze medal, as well as some good personal best times. She was also presented with a trophy for the best 13-14-year-old female swimmer of the entire meet.

Hannah, who was also selected to represent Wales at the UK School Games which took place at the Olympic Pool in May, will now be travelling to Sheffield this month to swim in individual and team events at the British Nationals.
