At a meeting of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority's development management committee this week, the following applications were discussed:
Ms J. Rees - demolish existing hotel, creation of residential development at Crestville (former Sundowner Motel), New Hedges (approved).
Mr. and Mrs. J. Davies - conversion of redundant mine powerhouse to provide camp site facilities and holiday accommodation to make project viable at Bonville Court Caravan Park, The Ridgeway, Saundersfoot (approved).
Mr. and Mrs. R. Rhys Davies - extension to rear of house at 23 Trafalgar Road, Tenby (delegated to officers for approval).
Mr. S. Hambly - wind turbine at Spring Hill, The Ridgeway, Manorbier (refused).
