Among planning applications considered by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park development management committee this week were the following: Mr. T. Davies - outline plans for two new building plots at Greenfields, Valley Road, Saundersfoot (refused). Pembrokeshire Housing Association - residential development on land off Dewing Avenue, Manorbier (deferred). Ms. R. Ursell - change of use to residential at Trafford Cottage, 2 Greenhill Road, Tenby (approved). Mr. and Mrs. N. P. Stace - demolish existing adjoining laundry and garage building and replace with additional accommodation at The Grange, Manorbier (deferred).
