The size and population of Narberth is likely to see more growth in the years to come,
Pembrokeshire County Council has recently adopted the Local Development Plan which details areas of the town where future residential development has been approved or will be considered.
"Around 390 new properties will possibly be built within Narberth town ward alone, with four sites in particular having the bulk of those properties," explained County Clr. Wynne Evans this week.
"I feel people should be aware of this," he continued.
"Therefore at my next councillor's surgery tomorrow (Saturday), which will be held at the Queen's Hall, 11 am - 12-30 pm, I will have copies of these plans for anyone who requires one."
