Among planning applications considered by Narberth Town Council recently were the following: Ash Villa, 13 Spring Gardens, Narberth - alterations and extension (no objection). Stoneditch Farm, Narberth - conversion, renovation and extension of redundant agricultural buildings and change of use into cafe/meeting room (objection as the committee feel it is over commercialisation of a rural area). Blaenmarlais Care Home, Redstone Road - demolition of outbuilding and construction of terrace of four dwelliings (no objection). Helcomb Farm, Cold Blow - amendment of condition 2 of approval dated 7/6/06 - amended plans and elevations (no objection).
