Plans to revamp a holiday park near Narberth have been give the thumbs up by Pembrokeshire County Council planning officers.

The application submitted by Huw Pendleton, of Celtic Holiday Parks, for a 42-bedroom hotel, static caravans and four self-catering tree houses at the Noble Court Holiday Park, located on Redstone Road, was approved at a meeting of the county council's planning and rights of way committee last week.

The redevelopment of the park will see the existing clubhouse demolished to make way for the hotel, which will feature a swimming pool, bar and 80-seater restaurant, meeting room facilities, treatment rooms and gym.

Four tree houses in a wooded area will also make up part of the proposals, with improved access and parking facilities also included.
