The friendliest food festival in Wales is extending a welcome handshake to new stallholders.

Narberth Food Festival - which takes place on September 24 and 25 - is offering to waive the fee for selected stall-holders who have set up in business within the past 12 months.

They must be based in Wales and trading in food or food-related products.

The not-for-profit festival will be funding the gesture from its own coffers.

Said festival chairman Huw Jones: “We’d like to think that this gesture will give a start-up business or two a chance to show its wares in a high profile arena.”

Applications can be made via [email protected] before Friday, March 18. Discounted rates are also available for other stallholders applying before this date.
