The selection of the 2009 Carnival Queens for Narberth took place at the Queen's Hall recently.

The judges, Narberth's new Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Ruth Platt and former Mayor of Whitland, Clr. Mrs. Diane Evans, had an unenviable job in choosing who would be leading the carnival floats this year and, after much discussion their decision was announced.

Carnival Queen 2009 is Carys Davies, with attendants Bethan Richards and Lucy Davies.

Rose Queen is Chloe Impey, with attendants Nadine Etchells and Jessica Evans, while Fairy Queen is Lily Bowen, with attendants Tayler Smith and Jodie Smith.

There were only two entries for the Page Boy category, Lewis Evans and Dylan Poole who were chosen as pages for this year.
