The Narberth Branch of RNLI was invited to man the admission gate at the Narberth Food Festival and some members also sold picture boxes for the RNLI Sweepstake competition.
The winners of the £50 prize on the six Sweepstake cards were Shirley Thomas, of Port Talbot, J. and M. Hadlow, of Lampeter Velfrey, Jeni Morgan, of Sully, Val Lloyd, of Clunderwen, Gaynor Kent, of Morriston, and James Dash, of Spittal.
The sum of £300 was made for RNLI funds and the committee would like to thank everyone who supported the sweepstake for their generosity and the Food Festival committee for extending the invitation to the RNLI branch to attend the festival.
Mrs. Thomas, of Port Talbot, is a big supporter of RNLI activities and has made a donation to the RNLI.
