The big game in the A League saw the Dingle do the double over high flyers the Greenbridge A, taking all the doubles to win 6-3. Kilgetty RAOB A produced the same score at home to the Jeff A to remain two points clear, while the Dragon A secured another big win, this time with a 7-2 over the RAOB A.
Two teams notching up bigger scores were the SSSC A over the Stanley B and Station House A at the Hean, both with 8-1's. The Bush Robeston just managed to take the last two doubles to beat Cresselly, while Temple Bar A won well over a weakened Lawrenny Sports.
In the B League, it's all looking very close as both the top two teams failed to produce a win, with the RAOB B losing at home to the Iron Duke and Whitland Dairies losing their third consecutive match, this time at the Angel Llan. Kilgetty RAOB B also stay in touch after a 5-4 win at the Wisemans Bridge. SSSC C pulled off a good win against Temple Bar B, while the SSSC B seem to be having a lot of trouble producing their form in the doubles as they do in their singles, losing this time at the Cross Clarbeston. The other result saw the Jeff B pick up a big win against KSSC. (After the recent frost, unfortunately the KSSC ceiling fell in due to burst pipes and the team are unable to play their home matches there. They are now playing at the Captains Table in Saundersfoot).
The C League saw leaders White Horse A have no problem at home with a big win over the Taf, while the Station House B struggled against the Sporting Chance, needing all the doubles to take the match. The other chasing teams all won as well, with the Alpha beating the Cross Broadmoor and Whitland Bowls taking the points over Greenbridge B, both by 7-2, while the White Horse B made the short trip down to the Begelly Arms and came back with a 6-3. The other match saw a tense match at the Stanley A, as the Alpha B took a 4-0 lead, only for the home team to take the next four, but it was the Tavernspite side who sneaked the win in the end.
