Pembrokeshire's only maternity wear shop - Mum2B Pembroke - has announced the winner of its free prize draw, held to say 'thank you' to customers for their support in the first three months of trading, drawn on New Year's Eve by Gareth Jones, chairman of Pembroke 21C. Lynsey Cope, who is expecting her first baby soon, has scooped £50 worth of vouchers for Mum2B. The delighted 24-year-old Welsh teacher at Pembroke School praised Mum2B for its gorgeous clothes and excellent service. "They're the sort of clothes you'd like to wear even if you weren't pregnant!" she said. "It's been very handy to have a maternity shop in the local area, and have the chance to try before you buy." Mum2B was opened in Main Street, Pembroke, in September last year by Jude Davies and Vickie Golding, who spotted a niche in the market when pregnant themselves. "The feedback and support from our customers since we opened has been fantastic," said Jude Davies, of Mastlebridge, mum to nine-month old Jack. "Women from all over Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion have made the trip especially to see us, and we've also had visits from holidaymakers from throughout Britain. "On a personal level, it's also been lovely to meet so many expectant mums - it's such a happy time for them - and to help them feel great. If you look good, you feel good and it all contributes to a happier mum-to-be," she added
