St. Florence mum Chris Caine and daughters Lisa and Jemma recently abseiled 75 metres down the walls of Pembroke Castle to raise money for Ty Hafan, the children's hospice in Wales, for life limited children. "It was an amazing experience and we would like to thank everyone for their support and donations," said Chris.
