KILGETTY 2NDS 10 LETTERSTON 2NDS 0
Kilgetty maintained their current good form and took advantage of the wind during the first half.
Taking an early lead after Frearson scored from close range after only six minutes, Dan Wright soon netted the second and a left foot strike by Frearson saw Letterston 3-0 down after 13 minutes play.
Kilgetty, with seven players in their starting line-up under 17 and three subs under 19, were showing tremendous composure. With senior players Dave Marklew and Ian (Pebbles) Lewis suring up the back line, and Alan Williams and Barry Ormond offering experience in the midfield, it gave Kilgetty a balanced look.
Kilgetty maintained a good shape and their movement off the ball enabled them to split the Letterston defence and a quick injection of pace saw Thorne calmly tuck the ball into the corner of the net.
Wright got his second after finding acres of space down the left, shrugging off two challenges before firing home. Alan Williams made it six before half-time with a blinding strike from 35 yards.
Letterston, with the wind, found it hard to break through Kilgetty's defence, and were limited to only a few chances, and when they came were comfortably dealt with by Richard Walwyn, the young Kilgetty 'keeper, whose confidence is growing daily.
Kilgetty made good use of the substitutions of May, Prince and Gwyther, all settling in well and confident when in possession of the ball.
Kilgetty pushed forward and were able to secure their win with further goals from Thorne, Lewis, Ormond and Frearson completing his hat-trick.

TENBY U10s 4
The Atlantic Hotel Tenby sponsored Kilgetty side entertained their local rivals Tenby at their Kingsmoor ground. The teams were greeted by a strong wind blowing straight down the pitch, which was to Kilgetty's advantage during the first half.
With the wind at their backs, Kilgetty were able to put a lot of pressure on the Tenby goal. Matthew Dick, Richard Cope and Callum Proctor tested the young Tenby 'keeper with some fine efforts, only to be thwarted by some equally fine saves.
When the Tenby 'keeper was finally beaten, Kilgetty were denied by the post or crossbar.
Chris Millward worked hard up and down the left side of midfield and Owain Evans, Matthew Smith and Tom Baker defended well.
Tenby, who themselves had hit the post and crossbar, caught Kilgetty napping with a swift attack late in the first half. A furious strike flew past Ryan Howells in the Kilgetty goal and rebounded off the crossbar to be calmly tucked away by the Tenby striker to lead 1-0 at half-time.
Both sides made rolling substitutions during the game and Matthew Wall and Jake Proctor settled in quickly for Kilgetty.
Tenby, now with the wind advantage, put Kilgetty under tremendous pressure, Ryan Howells having to pull off some great saves to keep Kilgetty in the game.
Tenby's second goal came out of nothing as a shot, which seemed to be going harmlessly wide, was hit on the volley, flying into the roof of the net and giving Howells no chance.
Kilgetty battled on bravely, with Cope and Baker again coming close, but Tenby sealed the match, scoring their third when Kilgetty failed to clear a corner, and their fourth from a free-kick.
The final scoreline may not truly reflect the closeness of the game, but the fine football displayed by both sides was a credit to both clubs.
Kilgetty fielded: Ryan Howells, Matthew Smith, Tom Baker, Owain Evans, Chris Millward, Callum Proctor, Matthew Dick, Richard Cope, Jake Proctor, Matthew Wall.
