VISITORS will have the opportunity to meet and talk with artist Steve Robinson when he undertakes a Meet the Artist event at Tenby Museum and Art Gallery on Thursday, July 26, between 2 and 4 pm.

Steve designs and makes unique work in glass.

He stated: "I became hooked on glass in the early 1990s and went on to complete a glass degree at the University of Wolverhampton. For me, the beauty and fascination of glass lies in the interplay with light and the illumination of colour within. Even on a small scale such as a glass tile, I love the ability to look into the glass and see miniature galaxies and bubbles, vibrant colour and textures. I guess I'm just a glass junkie!"

He currently has a show on at the museum entitled Sea Through Glass II, which runs until Sunday, July 29. This sales exhibition features nearly 90 works of platters, tea lights, wall panels and Steve's unique shell bowl designs, all in his much-loved vibrant colours.
