Tenby Dolphins enjoyed a successful day at the recent West Wales Swimming Championships, winning over 60 medals, including six golds.

Individual champions and gold medallists were:

Emily Pellington, aged 11, 200m freestyle, 400m freestyle.

Sophie Stanford, 14, 100m breaststroke, 200m breaststroke.

Michael Nicholas, 13, 100m backstroke, 100m fly.

Daniel Brown, 10, 50m freestyle.

Andrew James, 10, 50m breaststroke.

Daniel Brown, Andrew James, Danny Brown and Callum Worrall - 4 x 25m breaststoke.

The Dolphins were also team champions in age 10 years age group.
