Former Greenhillian Tracey Morgan who has lived in East Timor for the last 11 years has been paying a rare visit to the UK.
With one of her brothers and both her sisters, she visited Buckingham Palace on May 31 to collect the MBE she was awarded in the 2011 New Year's Honours List.
The Queen, who had a busy weekend coming up, delegated investiture duties to the Prince of Wales.
Tracey, who qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and now serves as the UK's Honorary Consul to East Timor, is the fifth child of the late David and Berta Morgan, of Crossways, St. Florence.
Accompanying her to the Palace were Helen Rowe, of Pembroke, Susan Douglas-Brown, of Princes Gate, and Simon Morgan, of Tintern.
Tracey was most disappointed that the three guest limit left no space for brother Adrian Morgan, of Amroth Castle Farm.
Tracey is pictured with her award.
