The marriage of Mr. David Richardson and Miss Deonne Wales took place on October 10 at St. Teilo's and Holyrood Church, Tenby.

The groom is the son of Rosemarie Irvine and the stepson of Ian Irvine, of Sardis, Saundersfoot. David's father is Neill Richardson, of Ferryside.

The bride is the daughter of Christine and Tony Wales, of Manorbier.

Given away by her father, the bride looked lovely in a full-length dress of ivory satin and carried a bouquet of white and pale cream roses and calla lilies with trailing greenery.

She was attended by Brittany, Ethan and Osian Wales and also by Billy King.

As she entered the church, the choir sang Ave Maria.

For the occasion, the church had been beautifully decorated by a small group of parishioners with hundreds of fragrant white and cream flowers.

The ceremony was conducted by Father McGreal.

The church service was followed by a reception at the Castle Mead Hotel at Manorbier, where there was great food and dancing to the music of a ceilidh band.

The couple honeymooned on the west coast of Ireland and have made their home in Tenby.
