The wedding took place recently at HMS Drake Naval Base in Plymouth, of Darren Walker and Daniela Rossi.

The groom, a chief petty officer in the Royal Navy, is the son of Malcom and Sandra Walker, of Scarborough, while the bride, a leading hand in the Royal Navy, is the eldest daughter of Anne and Steve Rossi, of Tenby, and the granddaughter of Anne and Paul Rossi, of Tenby, and Muriel Henderson, of Dundee.

The bride, given away by her father, wore an ivory dress and was attended by bridesmaids Margaret Hill (friend), Imelde Rossi (bride's sister), Suzy Hughes (friend), Laura Dunn (friend) and Donna Walker (groom's sister).

Flower girls were Phoebe Walker (couple's daughter), Miah and Ruby Gallagher (groom's nieces), Sydney Fisher (friend's daughter).

Best man was Jack Harnwell (friend) and the page boy was Jacob Sherlock (groom's nephew).

Ushers were Paul Rossi (bride's brother), John Cooksley (friend), Carrick Wardman (friend) and Owen Cokely (friend).

The couple will continue to live in Plymouth.
