The wedding took place on Saturday at St. Teilo's and St. Nicholas Church, Penally, of James Welch and Jennie Meader.
The groom, a roofing contractor, is the son of Simon Welch, of The Ford, East Williamston, and Michele Long, of Cardiff, while the bride, an administrator, is the daughter of Stephen Meader and Kerry Chandler.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a slim-line alabaster dress, with Swarovski crystal detail.
Bridesmaids were James's youngest sister, Dominique Michele Long, and very close family friend, Leanne Farr, while matron-of-honour was Lisa Matthews. Lisa wore a latte-coloured long dress, while Leanne and Dominique wore cocoa dresses.
Best man was Jodi Williams, James's longest friend from school in Cardiff.
Ushers were Gavin Sims, another friend from Cardiff, and Jim McGrath from Tenby.
The ceremony was conducted by Rev. Michael John, with organist Diana Lunn.
The Park Hotel, Tenby, provided the stunning setting for the reception. Nick Thomas, local musician, played during the pre-breakfast drinks, while the wedding breakfast was introduced by a very impressive Basil Fawlty lookalike. The food and drink was first class and was followed by the speeches and a novel and very popular prize draw. The wedding finished with a disco by Steve Briers, with guests dancing from the very first song.
